For Diversionary, telling the stories of the LGBT community in all its diversity and fullness means producing great theatre! Contributions of $250 or more to Diversionary’s Creative Fund allow us to engage the most talented playwrights, designers and actors to create the excellent productions you see on our stages. The Creative Fund also provides resources to nurture and develop new plays and musicals through annual commissions, reading and workshops.
In appreciation for your support, Creative Fund investors receive special recognition and opportunities to meet and interact with the creative teams you sponsor.
Provides general support for production needs of the 2012 main stage season
Benefits:
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program
- complimentary invitations to readings and workshops held throughout the year.
Sponsor the stipend for one actor appearing in a 2012 production
Benefits:
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program

- invitation to cast meet-and-greet for the sponsored production
$1,000 (Designer or Stage Manager)
Sponsor a set, lighting, sound, props or video designer or the stage manager
Benefits:

- recognition with designers or stage manager in the cast bio pages
- complimentary invitations to readings and workshops held throughout the year.
- invitation to cast meet-and-greet and design presentation for the sponsored production
Sponsor the director of one upcoming production
Benefits:
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program
- recognition with designers or stage manager in the cast bio pages
- opportunity to meet with the director prior to or during rehearsals
- complimentary invitations to readings and workshops held throughout the year.
invitation to cast meet-and-greet for the sponsored production
$2,500 (Playwright or Guest Artist)
Sponsor the playwright or a guest artist (usually a vising or Equity actor) for one production.
Benefits:
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program
- recognition with designers or stage manager in the cast bio pages
- opportunity to meet with the playwright (when possible) or guest artist prior to or during rehearsals
- complimentary invitations to readings and workshops held throughout the year.
- invitation to cast meet-and-greet for the sponsored production
Sponsor one of the 2012 main stage productions or one of the Diversionary Cabaret presentations.
Benefits:
- recognition on the title page of the sponsored production
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program
- recognition with designers or stage manager in the cast bio pages
- opportunity to meet with the playwright, director, or guest artist prior to or during rehearsals
- complimentary invitations to readings and workshops held throughout the year.
- invitation to and introductions are cast meet-and-greet for the sponsored production
- two tickets to Opening Night of the sponsored production
Lead sponsor of one 2012 main stage productions or the entire 2012 Diversionary Cabaret series (5-8 shows).
Benefits:
- Featured recognition on the title page and in the bio section in the show program for the sponsored show or series.
- listing as a Creative Fund supporter in each 2012 main stage show program
