For our third year in a row, join us for an unforgettable New Year’s Eve with international drag superstar Varla Jean Merman! The evening will begin on our mainstage with a performance of Varla Jean’s Unlike a Virgin. After the performance, we will head downstairs for a New Year’s Eve party in our Clark Cabaret & Bar – complete with music and dancing, light bites, surprise performances, and a champagne toast at midnight. Plus, Varla Jean Merman will be on hand to help us countdown to 2027!

After putting her career first for over three decades and recently turning 29, Varla Jean Merman has realized her biological clock is in danger of grinding to a halt. Having “auditioned” many, many, many eager donors, she is thrilled to announce that she is expecting…to see you at her newest show! In Unlike a Virgin, everyone’s favorite daffy drag diva invites you to take a deep dive into the shallow end of the gene pool as she explores the mysteries of motherhood. Live on stage, Varla will give birth to eye-popping costumes, voluminous wigs, and hilarious new songs guaranteed to make your water break.

“A cyclone in a sequin factory!” – Los Angeles Times
“…a deliciously loony sensibility…a voice that suggests a happy collision of Shirley Bassey and Barbara Cook…imagine it in a lounge act of a much younger Ann-Margret as conceived by John Waters and you’ll have an idea of the irresistible insanity in store for you.” – Bay Windows
