About the Event

Join us for a special holiday show starring Broadway star (RENT) and Original Queer Eye guy Jai Rodriguez in A Home for the Holidays. Rodriguez’s powerful vocals and hilarious storytelling take you behind the scenes and up close and personal on this holiday themed cabaret.

“There is a reason Jai Rodriguez is one of the most effective hosts on television. He is personable, charming, self-deprecating, honest, and wry. His show pulls no punches. He rarely names names, but he shares all the details of his Hollywood tales. His show is like sitting down with a friend who spills the tea but in a way that is never mean-spirited and always hysterical”. – BroadwayWorld

Audiences first met Jai Rodriguez as Angel in Broadway’s RENT 1997 making him the youngest cast member to play a leading role in that show. Using those 5 years as a stepping stone Jai became a fixture in nightlife with his post modern cabaret show TWISTED CABARET MONDAYS at NYC’s iconic XL Lounge. From there he was cast as one of the original Fab Five in the culturally groundbreaking Queer Eye for the Straight Guy where he won his first EMMY AWARD and became a New York Times best Selling author. Post Queer Eye Jai moved to LA to star in a FOX series called Celebrity Duets where he wowed audiences with his soaring vocals paired along musical giants like Brian McKnight, Taylor Dayne, Gladys Knight and Patti Labelle to name a few. Shortly after Jai set another record by becoming the first male reality star to become a series regular on a scripted network series starring opposite Reba and Lily Tomlin in ABCs Malibu Country. Since then Jai has become a fixture in primetime television with roles on shows such as Grey’s Anatomy, The Rookie, High Potential, Uncoupled and currently has a recurring role on The Young and the Restless.
