An Ode To The Crone: A Fundraiser

Join us for a variety night of eclectic performances that investigates, celebrates, and honors the stories of Crones, Wise Women, and Women Ancestors.

We’ll be fundraising for the original, devised play, The Crone Chronicles, where a band of physical theatre storytellers recount the lore of crone figures, poking holes in every demonization of them, investigating the narrators and the writers, and triumphantly defending the position and role of the Wise Woman… Starting off with Baba Yaga, The Slavic folkloric witch!

In between performances, Baba Yana the Soviet Jewish Grandma Clown will tell you more about The Crone Chronicles and how you can help us bring this story to life.
