Diversionary Theatre Presents a brand new community engagement series! The Spotlight on Community Voices cabaret series shines on local artists and their stories. This cabaret series is a monthly event that showcases various types of artists and performances with shows.

PUSSY AF! by Rita Mooney

A titillating, irreverent and unexpected look at a suburban working mom navigating life and discovering her own pleasure. A glimpse at how things could be different, if only early Christians honored their women. This show gives a whole new meaning to The Second Coming of Christ! For mature audiences.

 

With a degree in performing arts, Rita began improvising with The Grunions and San Diego Theatresports in the 1990’s and early 2000’s. Later, she performed with Tantra Theater sharing provocative stories and funny improv scenes. More recently she’s been on The Diversionary stage performing personal narratives with Stonewall Salon.
