The Pay It Forward Campaign

In celebration of our 40th Anniversary Season, we are celebrating with the launch of a brand new ticket initiative!

The Pay It Forward Campaign invites our patrons to help us share the magic of live theatre with those who might otherwise be unable to attend.

With every ticket or subscription purchased, our patrons now have the opportunity to add on a donation that will go directly toward providing free or deeply discounted tickets for LGBTQIA+ youth, students, seniors on fixed incomes, and other community members facing financial hardship.

As arts organizations across the country face shifting funding landscapes and increased challenges to equitable access, Pay It Forward empowers individual theatregoers to make a direct and immediate impact. Every donation covers the cost of a ticket for a community member who might not otherwise be able to attend.

This effort builds on Diversionary’s long-standing commitment to accessibility, which includes a robust roster of free LGBTQIA+ arts education programs and this year’s $10 Access For All ticket program, which was funded by a Prebys Foundation grant. With that program, at least ten $10 tickets per every Diversionary mainstage performance are made available to those who need them, without restrictions.
